In this session you will learn:
It is never easy to ask for what you want or need but not knowing how to do it can cause unintended consequences such as loss income and opportunities. Your ability to advocate for yourself can singlehandedly drive your success at work, financially and otherwise. If you want to learn the practical ways to start enhancing this skill so you can be more confident in asking for what you deserve, then this is the workshop for you.
 
Career Leadership Series:
Leading yourself and leading others is no easy feat, especially in the skills demanded to work successfully in today’s hybrid workplace. Through live and engaging delivery, you will be introduced to the skills and behaviors that will make you the leader the workplace demand. We will explore how you can begin changing your behavior in ways that align with your core values and beliefs and that of your organization. We will also delve into the ways you can better respond to leadership challenges in this new workplace to drive individual and organizational success.
