Franklin Covey - Leadership Series Lunch & Learn Session 2 of 3 - Bridging the Gap Between Strategy and Execution

Leadership for Change
A Post Covid World: Collaboration, Diversity and Agility
Join us for a series where key leadership concepts supporting a leader’s effectiveness in a post-Covid world will be explored.

Over the last 18 months, every organization globally has experienced tremendous financial, social, technological and organizational disruption.  Leaders of both public and private sectors entities have had to employ various responses to the challenges that emanated as a result of the pandemic. Locally, leaders within the Government, private businesses and the third sector must make the same transition, navigating paths into an uncertain future coupled with new modalities of operating.

“There are three constants in life - change, choice and principles.”  -Stephen R, Covey
As things continually change, leaders will be challenged to align their choices with principles of effectiveness.

Let’s connect and explore key leadership concepts associated with collaboration, diversity, inclusion and agility - anchored in trust, execution and engagement.

The Three Areas of Exploration will include:

  1. Understanding the Speed of Trust
Many organizational performance problems are actually trust issues in disguise.
